studio rates for Prom Saturdays

Ditch the wind and rain. Studio Borealis is the perfect place to skip the unpredictable North Dakota spring weather and capture your prom memories in a simple, modern, and high-end environment. Whether you're looking for sleek concrete floors or a clean white backdrop, our natural light studio offers a stress-free space for you and your friends to look your best.

Please note: Studio rental does not include a photographer. You must secure your own photographer for your session.

Special Prom Pricing

  • 60 Minutes: $200 (Up to 4 couples)

  • 90 Minutes: $275 (Up to 6 couples)

  • 120 Minutes: $350 (Up to 8 couples)

Prom rates apply to bookings between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Sessions outside of this window are subject to standard studio rates.

Studio Policies

  • Capacity: Groups exceeding the base couple limit will be charged $50 per couple (or $25 per person).

  • Strict Timing: Because we schedule sessions back-to-back, you must exit the studio by your scheduled end time. Overages will incur a fee of $25 per 15 minutes.

  • Cleaning: The studio must be reset to its original state. A cleaning fee (starting at $50) applies if the space is not properly picked up and cleaned after use.
